CHÂTEAU CHAPELLE MARACAN

 

Mechanically harvests.

Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The maceration time is about 5 weeks. The malolactic fermentation is processed in vats after running off.

 

 

LA CHAPELLE D'ALIENOR

 

The Chapelle d’Aliénor is extract from more than 35 years old vines. The parcels are perfectly exposed, the vineyard possesses a high quality terroir and harvests are hand-made.

Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats equipped with a punching cap system.
The alcoholic fermentation starts by itself, without yeasts contribution. It takes 3 weeks in average. Then maceration during 5 weeks, and the wine is directly run off in barrels to perform the malolactic fermentation.
